The vision of the School Counseling Program at Southside Elementary is to provide an environment where every student is empowered to reach their full potential. We believe every child deserves access to a comprehensive school counseling program that promotes resilience, self-awareness, and positive relationships. We collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, students, and the community to equip our students with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in and outside the classroom. By using the ASCA National Model, we prioritize the mental well-being of our students by strengthening their academic, social, and emotional development. Together, we inspire our next generation of future leaders with the social emotional tools they need for success.
